KRISSIE IS BACK!!!

Hey everyone, sorry for the absence. I can give you a million reasons why I wasn't posting anything. One being, I didnt know people actually read this. so I pretty much thought, "why bother?". Well i have 2 reasons to get back into blogging (this is what you gotta hear)...

1) Lots of new projects and even some business with my card making/paper crafts

and

2) I'm on a journey to a better me. I finally realized that I am out of shape and overweight and which I'm still young, I should do something about it.

So I'll be blogging about my crafts and my difficult journey. WISH ME LUCK!!!!!

HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!

Happy Holidays bloggers!
I'm so sorry for the absent posting. In the past I normally do my videos and posts in the morning while my little guy is in school. Since then I began a new job and work during the day, which only means that the evenings are spent with my son. Not to mention, I thought I could pull of working 2 jobs during the holidays. OK, so I'm kinda half back. No new videos coming soon, but I have begun the christmas card making scramble. I promise the new year will be full of ideas and videos. So viewers. HAVE A MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Hey Stampin Addicts,
I havent made a card in a while, so I thought I would do a weather related card since it was raining. The stamp image is from CC designs Sugarplum Rainy Day Emma. I coloured this image days in advance and pulled them out for this card. I used a variety of materials with a weather theme. I hope you enjoyed this and stay tuned for more creations.

Pumpkin Punch Art

This is the 2nd card I created for a punch art swap. I had taken 2 spots and the second was the most difficult for me to achieve. I looked though my paper for inspiration and found a sheet from DCWV "Prints for the Year". The sheet made me think of fall and so I recreated pumpkins for my punch art. Punch details: (SU) oval punch, (Marvy Uchida) swirl punch, (EK Success) small pendant oval punch & (SU) word window punch. I didnt make a video for this because the pumpkin punch is easily found on other blogs with details. Thank you and enjoy!

Robot Punch Art

This is a card I made to challenge myself. I joined a punch art swap dispite not having any punch art experience. This card kept me up all night, for many nights. I wanted to create something unique and cute. My inspiration was cartoons that my son likes to watch. Cartoons have many simple shapes that can get recreated through punch art and due to the lack of punches I own, a robot was perfect. Punches needed: 1 3/8" square (x2), 1" Circle (x2) & 3/4" circle (x4) I hope you enjoy the video. THANX!

Tea Time Card

I created this card to double as a little gift and card. The inside holds a tim hortons tea bag. This is perfect for tea lovers, and the pocket can also hold gift cards. By changing the theme of the card, it can hold any kind of gift card or small packet item. Thanx and I hope you enjoy!
